New Law [Approved]

Since I’m a General/Judge this obviously isn’t an official law vote until a member of the FG approves it. So for now it is a poll.

FG approved by Jeep. (Note this vote was made BEFORE law 59 was implemented.)

58. A member of the GSA may not share their identity with another person, or mass of entities. In the case of this happening the member’s cases of identity will be null and he/she must create a new identity to which it is private and not accessible by anyone other than the GSA owner. (P:1st Degree)

Yes + (7)
No – (0)

I say “identity” since there are multiple ways for a member to be someone else ex: Xat Account, Games accounts etc.

If a member is found to hold this case of identity with another person then that case of identity will be considered “FGSA” or “Null”. Here are two examples of the law taking effect.

Case1:

Member1 is a moderator/owner on the GSA chat.

Member1 poses as his’/hers’ relative, or some other person.

Member1 loses his’/hers’ chat rank.

Member1 must now create a new xat account that only he/she has access to.

Case 2:

Member2 is a moderator/owner on the GSA chat.

Member2 shares his’/hers’ account with a relative or some other person.

Member2 loses his’/hers’ chat rank.

Member2 must now create a new xat account that only he/she has access to.

Approved… er… whatever -Jeepy

Though it may need some changes. It should probably apply to more than simply xat rank. Perhaps, also, in recruits joining GSA?

  2. I think you should re-word this somewhere along the lines of “…not accessible by anyone other than the GSA member who owns the account.” as the way it sounds now, it sounds as if like, Nickman would have access to everyone account as GSA’s “owner”, sort of. You feel me? Just for the sake of preventing confusion.
