New Recruitment Policy

The concept of making the GSA a private clan has been discussed and approved before by the Founders Group. We wouldn’t have any spies or members who cause trouble and disrupt only. We would have less new members, but sometimes quality is better than quantity. However, what does it mean to be a “private clan?” How would we go about making a clan private?

Therefore, I have thought of a couple different ways we can do this, and we are going to put each of these ways to a GSA vote:

If one of these proposals wins the majority vote, than I will work on refining this idea.

Proposal 1:

We make the clan an invite-only recruitment policy. Players are recruited if invited.

Proposal 2:

We add recruitment conditions. For example, the potential member would have to have say, 1000 kills, a positive KDR, and be tested in-game.

[YassineLeg:] Good idea Nickman although The testing part may need reform so lets just stick with the Recruitment Policy for now

[Nickman101:] Yeah, I plan on hammering out the actual details later.

The second proposal seems like what we got now.
So I say option 1 so we ha e more control over whose in our clan, whether they are actually good for GSA, etc.

In BOA we did a must have 500 kills just to make sure the account isnt recently made, you can ofcourse make the count higher, like you said 1000, but i myself see it as a way to check if accounts are spy accounts, since they usualy are new with no friends and stuff like that.
